lol I don't watch Code Geass 9u9; (I don't really like CLAMP so... ) But it's still really beautiful <3 The folds again ;n; At first I thought it was Utena but then I realized it's not haha ;xD
ahaha yes. This picture is awesome <D Euphie is one of the few Geass characters I kinda like & definately it is a plus seeing her paired with Nina nice job!
-- i walked ten thousand miles, ten thousand miles to see you, and every gasp of breath I grabbed at just to find you, i climbed up every hill to get, to you, i wandered ancient lands to hold, just you
(: I love GL like ten times a million! It is probably one of my favourite things.
-- i walked ten thousand miles, ten thousand miles to see you, and every gasp of breath I grabbed at just to find you, i climbed up every hill to get, to you, i wandered ancient lands to hold, just you
How should I begin ?? I think that saying Its beautiful is appropriate. I truly think its a beautiful and sensual piece of art. After all there is nothing more adorable than two girls in the same bed <chuckles> Sorry its my inner pervert kicking in. Allow me to ask two questions. First, is that violet thing on the floor a carpet ?? If yes then there is something slightly not okay with it. You probably tried to make it look as if it had fringe around it though it looks as if those were spikes on which the carpet is standing. I regret that Im a total looser when it comes to drawing cause I dont know how this little thing could be fixed. Second question concerns the bed. Are they both sleeping in it ?? Well even if its a bed for one person it seems to be to too small. Nina is barely fitting on it, with her right arm on one brink and Euphy takes the rest of the space and she seems to barely fit there. That would be it for the nosy questions and nasty criticism As I already said I really like this picture. First of all Euphy was one of my favourite characters, it was really cruel and sad what happened to her . As for Nina, I kinda liked her, not too much but I had some sympathy for her, the main problem with her was that she was obsessed with Euphy, I dont like obsessed people they tend to do... nasty things She was also quite irritatingly alienated. Its quite interesting how she is couple of steps away from giving birth to the most destructive force in the world, this poor little world XD Correct me if Im mistaken but Euphy is pulling that duvet to cover Nina rather than take it off her, right ?? She is playing the same role as ever in Ninas life. Nina clings to that material as hard as she can, she is desperately trying to protect herself but Euphy is gentle, kind, she protects the girl but on the same time shows her that there is nothing to be afraid of. Euphy has that kind reassuring expression, she is self-confident and knows what she is doing I could even assume that her smile is slightly victorious. Almost as if she was rejoicing what she as doing with Nina. But this is just an assumption, a hint that there is a romantic relationship between them is very gentle, this picture doesnt scream They are Lovers!!!. It emphasises the protector-protected relationship between them. Nina is naked covered with just piece of material that could be taken away from her at any moment, while Euphy have her suit of armour a dress that symbolises her status, power and self-confidence. Moreover it seems to be Euphy home/palace and it only strengthens the feeling that Nina is Borrowing feeling of being protected from Euphy, after all both the bed she is laying in and duvet she is covering herself with belongs to Euphy. Hmm... now that I think of it one could interpret Ninas glasses as a symbol as well. It may symbolise that, although Euphy protects her she is not doing it without reward, glasses symbolise Ninas knowledge and skills (it is left to imagination What knowledge and skills we have here [Inner pervert gets what he deserves once again]) Another thing worth considering is part of Euphys dress, her sleeves. Its quite interesting how they resemble feathers. It may be showing that Euphy is free and can do whatever she wants, she is free as a bird one could say. It crossed my mind when I saw this picture for the first time. I was wondering, what would other people think of Euphy and Ninas relationship but it struck me that they Couldnt have anything to say. Euphy together with the rest of her family are like gods in this world. They can do whatever they want, if Euphy wants to make Nina her lover, she is free to do it. Ah one more little thing I almost forgot about. Euphys earring, a tiny piece of gold, almost invisible and irrelevant but so extremely important. Its corresponding to her family, both Numbers and Royal Family are normal humans, they are identical but the tiny fact that they were born in different families makes it extremely complicated. A tiny and irrelevant (for Nature) fact is so important for humans, just like gold, animals dont care about it while humans would kill each other for it. Okay, okay Im finishing this boring talk There are couple of things I have to compliment you for First of all Shading. The way you played with different kinds of colours and shades is magnificent. Especially on Euphys dress, every single wrinkle is looking perfectly and makes the dress look like it was real. Bedding and curtains are not far behind and look wonderful as well. Skin and face features are truly magnificent especially when it comes to Euphy, she is a beautiful young lady with gentle lips and beautiful bright eyes, I really love her eyes, there is so much life, hope and happiness in them. Nina is very interesting as well, those small lips and large eyes express delicate fear but are also full of hope and they are looking ahead to the new future. She is truly sweet ^^ Okay this is the end of this long and boring comment, sorry for taking your precious time.
